Damaged Product when Received –
- We take complete care while packing our every client’s order.
- We make sure all products reach you the way we have packed them, or you’ve seen them on our website.
- But the delivered items might get damaged due to any situation out of our control. We will help you replace your product under some conditions.
- We would appreciate it if you let us know about the damaged product at that particular moment.
Product Replacement –
- At the time of order packaging, we take utmost care to ensure that you get the correct and perfect product.
- But if you receive a damaged product, we request you to send us a product video while unboxing so that we can know about the damaged products.
- Product Replacement is possible for valid reasons only.
Incorrect Items Received –
- We are proud of our services and fulfillment of the process for the proper shipment to the right person at the appropriate time.
- In any case, if you receive an incorrect item, we will pick it up and send the correct item back to you.
- At the same time, we expect you to have a valid reason for exchanging ordered items.
Order Cancellation –
- If you have ordered any product by mistake and want to cancel that, we would love to help with that
